SAUTEÉ SHRIMPS IN CREAMY OF SOFT CHEESE AND APRICOT SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

Shrimps

 700g of shrimps
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup chopped onion in small cubes
2 tablespoons unsalted butter 

Sauce

1 pack of Soft Cheese Original Catupiry® (410g)
1 cup dried apricot, cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon of saffron
Red Pepper to taste
Bamboo stick

HOW TO PREPARE

Shrimps

Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and olive oil;
In a frying pan, sauté the butter and half of chopped onion;
Add the shrimps and cook until they become light pink. Take out only the shrimps and reserve.

Sauce

In the same frying pan where the shrimps were cooked, add the rest of the onion, fry until
lightly browned, add Soft Cheese Original Catupiry®, apricot, saffron and red pepper. Reserve;
Put the shrimps in the bamboo sticks and serve them with the creamy of apricot sauce.
