Crepe with Jelly and Soft Cheese


1 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
Butter for greasing
6 tablespoons of Soft Cheese Original Catupiry
6 tablespoons of fruit jelly of your choice
6 spoons (dessert) of honey


In a blender, beat the flour, sugar, salt, milk and eggs until smooth;
In a heated skillet greased with butter, place a small scoop of the dough and spread it into a disc;
Cook until it comes out and turn to cook the other side;
Fill the disc with the Catupiry and the jelly and fold it in half twice to serve.
Repeat the procedure with the rest of the ingredients;
Finish watering with honey and serve.
