T-bone 4 Cheese

INGREDIENTS

Potato balls

1 cup diced potatoes in half
1 dash of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Rosemary to taste

T-bone

1 T-bone
1 pinch of salt
Ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of Soft Cheese 4 Cheese Flavor Catupiry
Red pepper flakes to taste

Side dish

1 cup chopped green salad

HOW TO PREPARE

Side dish:

In a baking dish, place the potatoes and season with olive oil, salt and rosemary;
Bake in medium oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown.

T-bone:

Season the meat with salt and black pepper;
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and grill the meat on all sides until golden brown and reserve;
In the same frying pan, put the Soft Cheese 4 Cheese Flavor Catupiry and the red pepper and let it melt.
Serve the meat with the Catupiry sauce and accompany with the potatoes and the green salad.
