INGREDIENTS

1 cup smoked sausage cut into small cubes
1 red onion, peeled and finely sliced
4 large peeled potatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
Ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil to grease
1 pack of Soft Cheese Cheddar Flavor Catupiry
Fresh oregano to taste

HOW TO PREPARE

In a frying pan, grill the sausage until golden brown and reserve;
In the same frying pan, sauté the onion until golden and also reserve;
In a saucepan with boiling water, place the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, without letting them get too soft.
Then cut the potatoes into thin slices and season it with salt and pepper;
In a overproof backing sheet greased with olive oil, arrange half the potatoes
and then cover with half the amount of Soft Cheese Cheddar Flavor Catupiry,
sausage and onion. Add another layer of potatoes and top with the rest of the ingredients – Soft Cheese Cheddar Flavor Catupiry, sausage and onion;
Bake for gratin in average temperature oven for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh oregano and serve.
