Au Gratin Sausages with Cheddar
200 grams Soft Cheese Cheddar Flavor Catupiry®
2 chopped smoked sausage and finely sliced
2 purple onions
50 grams of parmesan cheese
HOW TO PREPARE
Fry the smoked sausage and in the end place the onions chopped.
Place in a baking sheet.
Arrange the Soft Cheese Cheddar Flavor Catupiry® over the portion and the parmesan and bake until gratin.
Serve immediately with the baguette and decorated with the red pepper
