Mirepoix Ramequim with Egg and Spreadable
Cheese Black Olives Flavor Catupiry®


100 grams of Spreadable Cheese Black Olives Flavor Catupiry®
1 medium onion
1 small carrot
1 small zucchini Basil
1 cup of tomato sauce
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Black pepper



Saute the vegetables with the olive oil and the basil in a medium saucepan. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, adding water if necessary. Reserve.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Reserve.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

In a small ramekin, place the vegetable mixture, the Sreadable Cheese Black Olives Favor Catupiry® and beaten the eggs up to ¾ of ramekin.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Consume immediately. To go with it, serve some toast and some little breads.
